Live Music

We provide it all, from solo singers, bands, tribute acts and comedians. We have the stage, the dancefloor and the space for up to 200 people to be entertained. Our New Year's Eve parties are a sell out and our Christmas parties are a must. Fancy something different then look out for our Poptastic Bongo Bingo evenings: completely nuts!

Wedding Packages and Parties

The Coquet suite is the perfect venue to host your wedding reception. With the ability to hold up to 150 people, the suite has it's own large dance floor as well as a stage. You can dance the night away or be entertained while you sit at your tables. We can offer various entertainment and dining packages to suit your needs.

Function Rooms For Hire

Various size rooms to hire for all sorts of occasions and celebrations. We have one of the largest function rooms available in the area complete with dance floor and stage. Something more intimate then book either of our smaller rooms. We can organise entertainment for you as well. Please enquire for more details.

Food & Drink

We have one of the best stocked bars in the area. We are very proud of our gin selection, in fact you can choose your own flavour from our pic ' n' mix flavour collection. We have created some unique cocktails which are always popular, don't be shy just ask for one. Our basket meal menu offers all the classic pub grub favourites on our bingo nights and we highly recommend our stack burger.

About Club

The Radcliffe Workmen's Club and Institute Ltd has been established in Amble since 1972 whereby it was built for the social benefit of the local mining and fishing community that once lived in old Radcliffe. The Radcliffe community moved to Amble to live and the club became a huge part of their lives. Today the club still plays an integral part in the local community offering a place to relax and have a drink with friends.

We have 3 rooms that can hold up to 350 people between them. Our main function room, The Coquet Suite, regularly hosts a vast array of live entertainment specialising in live bands, solo entertainers, fun filled family nights as well as being available to hire for private birthday, christening and wedding parties. Charity Nights

Over the years the club has helped many charities to raise much needed money for their cause by hosting their events. If you are a charity and require a venue to host a fundraiser then please get in touch. We have the venue and resources to help you put on a night of entertainment to raise those vital funds.

Kids Parties

If it's a kids birthday party you are after then look no further. We have packages to suit at very affordable prices. Choose from a disco package with fun and games to a bouncy castle party, or why not combine both.
